Job Description:
This sales position is mainly responsible for the company's business development, assisting the sales manager to expand the company's business and achieve sales performance targets,and assisting in product delivery etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute specific sales plans based on the company's sales strategy and targets.
- Be responsible for daily customer visits, phone sales, and the expansion of other sales channels to promote the company's products.
- Follow up on potential customer needs, develop new customers, provide product introductions, quotations, and services, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to establish long-term partnerships.
- Handle customer orders, ensuring smooth operations from negotiation, signing, to delivery, and track the execution of sales contracts, assisting with product delivery, invoice issuance, and subsequent payment services.
- Actively complete the sales tasks assigned by the company according to the set sales targets, track and report sales progress to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Participate in various marketing promotion activities organized by the company to enhance the company's product visibility.
- Respond promptly to customer needs, provide product support and services, coordinate and resolve any issues with products or services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skill Requirements:
- Possess certain sales skills and experience in phone and face-to-face sales.
- Familiar with business negotiation processes, equipped with excellent communication skills, and able to build trust with customers to promote cooperation.
- Have market analysis capabilities, able to quickly capture market opportunities and potential customer needs, and adjust sales strategies based on market changes.
- Strong execution ability, capable of achieving sales targets under pressure, and goal-oriented, adept at setting and achieving both personal and team sales goals.
- Possess multi-tasking abilities, able to efficiently complete tasks within a limited time.
- Exhibit good teamwork spirit and professional ethics, treat people with integrity, and have a high sense of responsibility to gain the trust and loyalty of customers and colleagues.
