The Sales Coordinator responsibilities includes coordinating and providing administrative support to ensure the day-to-day successful productivity and requirements of the business unit are achieved.
Our Expectations:
- Establish and maintain appropriate filing system.
- Handle all aspects of special requests for booking process through the sales department.
- Handle various communication as it relation to function space bookings, ie., contracts and proposals.
- Communicate event related information to internal departments or the appropriate hotel.
- Participate in sales meetings and other communications, functions in the hotel.
- Conduct telesales activities.
- Assist with site inspections at the hotel level or organisation of the same on the regional level.
- Maintain highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards hotel guests, clients and other associates.
- Maintain professional business confidentiality as required.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Coordinator with effective written and verbal communication skills. You should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. If you have two years of sales related coordination experience, write in to have a chat with us!
