Job Description
- Responsible for full set financials relating to a few KIT directly owned assets in Singapore
- Review some of KIT’s portfolio assets for monthly, quarterly and annual management results
- Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements
- Support manager to work with some local and overseas subgroup finance teams to ensure adequate and timely financial and management reporting to the Group
- Timely preparation of budgets and forecasts for some of KIT’s portfolio assets
- Maintain and review financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance within the Group
- Support manager to manage the internal and external audit processes and ensure timely closure of all audit findings
- Support manager on asset level Audit Committee and Board Meetings when require
- Work with manager and company secretaries to prepare various subgroup Board meetings and resolutions
- Liaise with other business stakeholders including portfolio management and optimisation managers, corporate finance and tax advisors
- Any other adhoc projects or duties as assigned, e.g. M&A due diligence review, etc
Job requirement
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant work and accounting experience
- Analytical, resourceful & possesses good problem-solving capability.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, hands-on, able to work independently and proactive team player
- Good communication and organization skills
- SAP/BPC and Yardi knowledge advantageous
- CPA or CA qualification advantageous
