Product and Solutions Manager, Collaboration & CX

We are looking for a Product and Solutions Manager, to join the Collaboration and Customer Experience (CX) team within the Enterprise Business Group (EBG).


As a Product and Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for voice, collaboration, and push-to-talk offerings. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the StarHub enterprise voice products and omnichannel engagement solutions, in line with customer needs and business objectives.

This role is cross-functional by nature and will involve working with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and Project Management.


Responsibilities:

  • Product development/launch, go-to-market, operations, and life-cycle management
  • Deliver solution and service bundles
  • Manage P&L and capital expenditure. Develop and manage business cases and strive to have the best possible return on investment by leveraging the full spectrum of StarHub and vendor/partner capabilities to reduce time to market and drive adoption and return.
  • Manage vendor ecosystem for products/solutions assigned, including business models, commercial and operational frameworks and contracts and agreements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, IS, Engineering, Finance, and Legal
  • Oversee migrations to deliver enhance experiences for our customers.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives


Requirements:

  • You have Product Management experience for telco/technology products.
  • You prioritise customer experience, and are driven by improving service quality.
  • Have a good understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) telephony, Unified Communications (UC), and modern collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of push-to-talk products and services is advantageous.
  • You take ownership of the products we manage to ensure its profitability, and delivery in a timely, customer-centric manner.
  • You are comfortable with designing and optimising processes.
  • You have an analytical mind, and can plan and execute in a structured manner.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work in a collaborative manner.
  • You demonstrate a good understanding of finance, contracts, and can navigate complex corporate systems to effectively manage product provisioning and billing.
  • You have a passion for technology and keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • You are able to cope with setbacks and shifts in priorities, and can find resolutions despite roadblocks.


Qualifications:


  • At least 8 years of experience in product operations, preferably at a software, tech or telco company.
  • Tertiary degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
