Job Description & Requirements
- Handle a variety of projects.
- Assess the potential of a site to meet the requirements of the client.
- Liaise with all professionals of the project such as main-con, Landscape Architect & consultants etc.
- Work closely with Project managers and Sales person with regards to design and works on site.
- Maintain good communication with members of other departments.
- Prepare landscape drawings (Design proposal, Planting plan, Construction details, As-built drawing etc.)
- Site visit with Operation team or sub-contractors when necessary.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirement
- At least Diploma in Landscape Architecture/Architecture/Interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and 3DS Max.
- Proficiency in MS Office as well as overall strong computer proficiency.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Positive working attitude and good communication skills.
- Can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge in Horticulture will be an advantage.
