Responsibilities
• Draft comprehensive monitoring reports based on the evaluation of development documents.
• Collaborate with the monitoring team to ensure accurate and timely assessment of system development processes.
• Evaluate project quality using established organizational criteria and industry standards.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and resolution of identified issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor in Computer Science with 3-5 years project monitoring experience
• Good to have experience in OS : Windows, Virtualization : VMware, CISCO network, SQL Server, Oracle database, .NET, Java and AWS Cloud
• Knowledge of general project management principles (PMBOK or equivalent).
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of system development processes and the ability to assess project quality through documentation.
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a monitoring or quality assurance role within system development projects.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in system development and project management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
