We are seeking a passionate and driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our expert team and contribute to the digital transformation strategies we develop for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage performance marketing campaigns, schedule content, analyze trends, generate detailed reports, and design strategies tailored to various business objectives. A strong background in advertising management and analytical skills is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with Maya’s goals to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
– Manage the organization's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), creating and scheduling content that resonates with the target audience.
– Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to boost outreach and conversions.
– Oversee content creation for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, eDMs, video content, and website updates done by content creators.
– Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management
– Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising to drive brand visibility and generate leads.
– Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure marketing efforts support lead nurturing and business development goals.
– Track and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools and suggest improvements to enhance ROI.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Requirements and Skills:
– Min Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
– Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or related fields are a plus.
– Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 3 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing is preferable.
– Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads
– Have a basic understanding of organic acquisition Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Analytics and Tracking (AA/GA).
– Data-driven with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
– Innovative, independent and self-driven individual who is a team player and agile to change.
– Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most
– Good command (both spoken & written) in English.
