- Carry out regular building inspection according to Quality Control Procedures
- Carry out regular inspection on tenanted premises and tenanted buildings according to Authority requirements
- Prepare reports and summary of inspection to respective FOMs and the authority
- Liaise with BCA, or other agency on building issues / clarification when required
- Provide technical advices on solution / proposal / cost estimate to the site operation team & project management team when required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Building Services /Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience in Building Maintenance; Construction Projects as Quantity Surveyor or Building Inspector
- Certificate on Building Inspection / Façade Inspection is advantageous
