- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure the highest quality of beverages served.
- Recognise the regular guests and highlight to the team about the particular guest’s preferences.
- Ensure guests’ requests are not delayed.
- Record and report all guests’ complaints to the team immediately.
- Promote the Bar by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
- Attend all team briefs as required.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
