E-Commence Retail & Admin Executive

ArchWizard, an e-commerce start-up located at Pemimpin Industrial Building, 63 Jln Pemimpin, #03-10, Singapore 577219, is seeking a motivated E-Commence Retail & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing the company's e-commence platforms, as well as assisting with various admin activities.


Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory updates, and customer inquiries.

· Ensure accurate product listings, pricing updates, and promotional details across e-commerce platforms.

· Support administrative tasks such as handling invoicing, tracking shipments, and updating sales records.

· Assist in maintaining the physical retail store's operations, including customer service and merchandising.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, product launches, and events.

· Assist with product and social media content creation, including writing product descriptions and coordinating product photography.

· Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

· Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  1. Interest in e-commerce and retail operations.
  2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

5. A strong interest in e-commence and gaming industry.


Remuneration (Full Time):

  • Monthly wage of $1600 - $2000, depending on experience.
  • Yearly performance bonus and annual increment.

Remuneration (Part Time):

  • Hourly wage of $10.
  • Yearly performance bonus and annual increment.

Working Environment:

  2. Comfortable and well-equipped office space with recreational facilities available.
  3. Work hour 7.5 Hour/day, 5 working days/week.
  4. Able to work on retail operational hours which includes Weekends and Public Holidays.
  5. Working hour: 1230 – 2000.
  6. Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
  7. Annual leave 8 days/year.
