- Position: Admin Executive
- Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus (Up to 6 months)
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Marine & Construction Engineering (Listed & MNC Company)
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare memo for admin related matters like, condolences, company events, company transport schedule, etc
- Arrange and coordinate company’s driver schedule
- Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel, visa application, hotel booking and air ticket arrangement
- Handling of company official document for postage or courier
- Source for suppliers and purchase stationeries
- Arrange car park lots to all employees include clients and contractors
- Handle in-house canteen operation in term of clearness and to involve in audit weekly
- Handle the employees seating arrangement for all staffs level
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot table, V-lookup, PowerPoint and Word)
