Job Responsibilities:-
- Working closely with senior relationship managers and internal partners to deliver a high level of service to new & existing corporate customers and ensure a joyful customer experience.
- Need to regularly work with internal stakeholders (e.g. product, middle office, operation, etc) for the purposes of addressing customer enquiries and/or problem resolution.
- Attend to calls from internal and external clients on their queries and proactively render assistance.
- Assist in preparing letters of offer / variation letters and follow up on documentation and limit activation
- Handle FATCA/CRS Review, Trigger Event Review and CDDs on a timely basis.
- Perform “morning action” duties such as seeking Relationship Managers / Team Lead for approval to accommodate clients’ current account excesses or other transactional exceptions.
- Follow up on submission of clients’ financials for spreading and assisting the Relationship Managers in preparing the necessary documents for credit review.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
- Familiar with corporate banking and related product have added advantage
- Meticulous, well organized, be able to multi-task and good at tracking and following up on outstanding matters.
- Must be able to work independently and yet good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word, ideal candidate will also be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
