We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to oversee the daily operations of our special needs programs, supporting individuals with diverse learning needs, aged 3 to 30.
As a Special Needs Program Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping lives and providing essential support to both staff and students.

Location: Changi Road (Nearest MRT Station: Eunos)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations & Program Management:Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Develop, recommend, and administer policies and procedures to support centre-wide operations.
Participate in meetings and committees to communicate information about programs and opportunities for growth.
- Staff Supervision & Mentoring:Mentor and guide teachers, helping them understand teaching processes across all programs.
Collaborate with the education team to review lesson plans, evaluate teaching methods, and assess children’s progress.
Oversee the daily deployment of both full-time and part-time educators.
- Student & Parent Engagement:Liaise with parents on student affairs, including academic and behavioral matters.
Attend student-parent meetings to discuss progress, achievements, and any challenges.
Ensure proper attendance tracking for students, especially those under the Student Care Financial Assistance (SCFA) scheme.
- Program Development & Enrichment:Coordinate and organize classes, holiday programs, workshops, and enrichment activities, ensuring that all documentation is completed and provided to the relevant persons-in-charge (PICs).
Oversee volunteer programs, learning journeys, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities for adult clients.
- Collaboration & Communication:Arrange meetings with educators to discuss program-related issues and improve service delivery.
Work with the marketing team to curate social media content and enhance the centre’s online presence.
Liaise with bus drivers to manage student arrivals and departures.
- Administrative Duties:Collaboratively conduct enrollment interviews and develop strategies to increase student enrollment.
Ensure compliance with all approved policies and procedures across programs.
Manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of both internal and external events requiring media coverage.
