General Manager

Asa Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring completion within budget and timeline.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, conducting regular reviews and reports.
  • Manage and mentor the construction team, driving performance and career development.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage risks and resolve any project-related issues or challenges.
  • Provide strategic input for business growth and development in the construction sector.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Science background.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong financial and budgeting skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
