Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Field Support Technician to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a range of products, including networking, PBX systems, and cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for both on-site and remote support, ensuring smooth system operations for our clients. Willingness to learn new technologies, work overtime, and travel as needed is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for networking, IPBX, and related systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, cloud applications, and telecommunications systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for integration, testing, and deployment of new products and releases.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in testing and deployment of new hardware and software releases.
- Be prepared to work overtime during project deployments or emergencies and travel overseas for training or projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in networking, telecommunications, or PBX systems is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work within a team.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work beyond regular hours when required
