Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts:
- Morning Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customers’ questions
- Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area and tables
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Support daily operations to maintain high service standards
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizens, PRs, or Malaysian Citizens with SPM qualification
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual, reliable, and presentable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
