  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
  • Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
  • Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
  • Key in Company's Data entries and tabulation of accounts.
  • Plans daily delivery and logistics procurements for day to day operations
  • Speaking & Writing Skills in Chinese and English
  • Early working hours

working hours:

02:00am to 11:00am (Night shift: 1hr break)

5 and a half day work week (Tuesday to Sunday)
