We are looking for a Corporate Relations Executive to be the key point of contact for our corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivering a seamless experience in the lead-up to our events.


Position Overview
Reporting to the Partnership Director, the Corporate Relations Executive will manage the corporate registration process, provide event-related information, and foster strong relationships with our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the professional image of MetaSport.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage corporate registration processes for events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate partners, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Compile and manage information submitted by corporate partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with corporate partners through emails, calls, and messages.
  • Respond swiftly to client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and efficient problem-solving.
  • Keep the partner tracking system updated with all actions taken.
  • Coordinate logistics for race kit collection and delivery before event day.
  • Provide daily updates on registration status.
  • Prepare weekly registration reports for management and clients.
  • Help build and strengthen relationships with loyal clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks.
  • Meticulous with records, tracking, and detail-oriented processes.
  • Highly organized and diligent, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

Commitment

  • Remote role: 4 hours per day (schedule to be discussed).
  • Contract period: October 1st to November 12th.
  • Salary: S$1,800-2,000 per month.
