Job Scope
- Assisting with food preparation tasks.
- Washing and sanitizing kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and cooking tools.
Cleaning countertops, work surfaces, and kitchen appliances to maintain a hygienic environment. - Checking inventory levels of ingredients, utensils, and cleaning supplies and notifying the chef or supervisor when items need to be replenished.
- Operating dishwashing machines to clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
Hand-washing delicate or non-dishwasher-safe items as needed. - Providing support to the kitchen staff during busy periods by fetching ingredients, utensils, or additional supplies.
5.5 days work week
