Job Description
Administrative Functions
a. Maintain cleanliness in reception area
b. Manage, prepare and verify relevant documents e.g. maintain and update records, compile statistics, filing and drafting/replying to correspondences, etc
c. Ad-hoc task as and when assigned by Administration Manger and School Leaders.
Reception Duties
a. To manage counter services & enquiries
b. Attend to phone calls
c. Attend to incoming parcels or mails (emails), including receiving deliveries and inform or distribute to relevant parties
d. Manage enquiries and liaise with various parties such as parents, teachers, vendors etc.
e. Attend to unwell students at ‘sick bay’ and follow-up with the teacher in charge/parents till they are back to class/home
f. Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc.) and students requiring assistance at the General office.
