At Floral Knots Pte. Ltd., we offer a variety of workshop experiences ranging from creating Floral Resin Coasters, Floral Resin Trinket Trays, Gemstone Bracelets and Gemstone Earring & Bag Charms.


Our purpose through the workshops is to create a memorable and unique experience for our participants amidst the hectic Singaporean lifestyle. We provide one of the industry's best extensive variety of quality materials with over 700 unique gemstones and 6 colour classifications of dyed flowers, along with 50 types of flake/stone additions and 50 colour dyes.


Job Description

Retail Sales Support:

  • Assist customers in exploring the jewellery collection, providing information about materials, designs, and craftsmanship.
  • Aid in processing transactions, including cash, credit card, and online payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the retail space by organising displays, dusting shelves, and arranging products attractively.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and update pricing tags as necessary to ensure a well-stocked and organised store.

Workshop Preparation and Assistance:

  • Assist in setting up workshop stations, arranging tools, materials, and equipment required for jewellery crafting sessions.
  • Welcome workshop participants, provide them with necessary materials and tools, and ensure they have a comfortable and conducive working environment.
  • Support the workshop facilitator by demonstrating techniques, offering guidance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the session.
  • Help maintain store cleanliness after the workshop.

Customer Service and Engagement:

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, engage in conversation to understand their preferences and needs, and offer personalised assistance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information about products, services, and workshop offerings.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Marketing:

  • Manage Social Media accounts
  • Manage website
  • Content creation


Job Requirements

  • Polytechnic Diploma and above qualification
  • Interest in handcrafted jewellery
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Prior experience in retail and marketing preferred
  • Willingness to work on weekends
