Our client is in the property real estate sector, headquartered in Singapore and has a strong presence globally. They are looking to fill the role of Senior Leasing Manager to maximise the occupancy ratio for the Industrial portfolio.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet revenue, occupancy, and sales targets.
- Build and maintain networks with local authorities and agencies for lead generation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide leasing trends and tenant profiles.
- Manage presentations, negotiations, and contract execution (Lease, Build-to-Lease, or Sales and Purchase).
- Oversee marketing collateral, promotions, and events.
- Monitor lease activities, including renewals, terminations, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure timely occupancy and address maintenance needs.
- Streamline leasing processes and standardize lease agreement templates.
- Guide and mentor team members, oversee workload distribution, and provide performance feedback.
- Provide strategic input for budgeting, forecasting, and AEI (Asset Enhancement Initiatives).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial real estate, preferably from developers or REITs.
- Strong network, high initiative, with good communication and negotiation skills.

- Salary : up to S$10,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
