Our client is in the property real estate sector, headquartered in Singapore and has a strong presence globally. They are looking to fill the role of Leasing Manager to maximise the occupancy ratio for the Industrial portfolio.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and manage strategic relationships with industry peers and agents to boost occupancy.
- Identify potential tenants through cold calls, site viewings, and presentations at their offices.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input on strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy across the company’s industrial property portfolio.
- Conduct market research on competitors and rental benchmarks.
- Create marketing materials for business development, including blog posts, social media content, and video marketing.
- Prepare Lease Approval Forms and related documentation.
- Coordinate with external lawyers on term variations.
- Compile rental reports and maintain tenancy schedules.
- Submit JTC sublet applications and assist tenants with IAS applications.
- Support revenue budgeting and monitor advertising expenses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing.
- Relevant industrial leasing experience preferred.
- At least 6 years of related experience required.

- Working days : 5 Days
- Salary : up to S$7,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
