Overview:
Join a dynamic team working on IT platforms to enhance the sales process and deliver the best customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing business and product process blueprints while driving strategic IT development. Your focus will be on supporting the core eCommerce product and managing a key system that facilitates the entire online sales process, integrating with various systems like payment providers, CRM solutions, and data enrichment layers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of product development for the eCommerce platform, ensuring integration with other digital products.
- Collaborate closely with HQ, regional, and market teams to meet eCommerce deliverables.
- Lead eCommerce initiatives from start to finish, working with Product Owners and Process Managers.
- Drive Agile methodologies in product delivery.
- Align IT teams and business stakeholders on requirements and deliverables.
- Own and prioritize the eCommerce product backlog with the Process Manager.
- Evaluate and analyze market requests for system changes to align with standardization strategies.
- Provide support during testing phases (UAT) and remove any impediments to successful market rollouts.
- Understand market needs and adjust features to achieve online sales goals.
- Offer consultation and support for digital retail business enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present technical content clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in project management.
- Experience in Agile methodology and working in an international, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel.
- Multi-language skills are a plus.
