- Provide detailed explanations of the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes associated with each procedure, ensuring that clients have realistic expectations
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, preferences, and budget
Medi-Facials and Products
- Conduct through skin consultations with clients to assess their skin type, concerns, and goals
- Perform detailed skin analysis to identify specific conditions or issues and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly
- Recommend a wide range of facial treatments, including cleansing, chemical peel, exfoliation, extraction etc
- Recommend our range of Radium-branded skincare products to complement their treatments for best results
Doctor Treatments
- Follow up and explain the benefits of treatments the doctors recommend
- Whenever possible, upsell complementary non-doctor treatments to improve the treatment outcome
Sales and checking out
- Follow up closely with leads and enquries
- Assisting with checking out of clients after treatments
- Providing summary of treatment done, post-treatment protocol
- Understanding needs of clients and try to cross-sell and up-sell products and services such as medi-facials, body contouring treatments, and product
