Job Highlights

  • Contract Duration: 11 Months.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and digitize license application forms and documents from the Licensing portal.
  • Guide licensees on submission of updates or renewal applications, coordinate inputs for renewals, check that channels are on the pre-approved list or consult with the C&S team, and generate renewal and payment reminder letters. Seek Manager’s approval to send the letters.
  • Monitor outstanding payments, track non-renewed licenses, and provide updates on license KPI statistics for monthly reports.
  • Create folders in SharePoint, upload digitized forms, reminder letters, acknowledgment letters, and licenses to the appropriate folders for record-keeping.
  • Cleanse data before migrating and enter data into legacy licensing systems during manual processing, as required.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Knowledge or experience in administration/licensing would be advantageous.
  • Minimum Diploma holders
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin due to liaising with Chinese speakers.
