Job Description
The Senior Project Manager provide overall leadership, governance, organization and management, to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
Job Responsibilities
Mechanical:
Ø Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
Ø Perform site planning, coordination and inspection relating to the construction project to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met.
Ø Ensure the project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality.
Ø Lead, plan and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects in A&A or newly built sector in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule.
Ø Ensure monthly progress report is prepared on timely manner.
Ø Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all works are carried out according to the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
Ø Ensure site organization, workforce management and arrangement.
Ø Attending all meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Ø Liaise with internal and external parties for project management Ensure the site team comply with client & regulatory requirements.
Ø Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Electrical:
Ø Develop comprehensive project schedules and plans.
Ø Attend with the technical discussions with clients and consultants, as needed
Ø Offer a technical support to clients and consultants regarding technical requirements
Ø Collaborate with various departments to facilitate project execution.
Ø Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Ø Maintain thorough project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, technical agreements, and project plans.
Ø Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams).
Ø Determine and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
Ø Optimize project efficiency and profitability.
Ø Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Ø Responsible for engineering of Electrical Low Voltage Panels.
Ø Design and produce switchboard framework and sheet metal drawings for fabrication according to customer’s requirement and CMR standard.
Ø Produce shop drawings for busbar fabrication.
Ø Coordinate with Electrical Design Engineers with regards to design work and technical requirements.
Job Requirements
Ø Min. 12 years of experience
Ø Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Ø Strong technical knowledge of M & E systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
Ø Familiarity with Mechanical and Electrical engineering principles, industry standards and regulations
Ø Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Ø Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ø Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
Additional Skilled:
Proficient in AutoCAD.
BIM / Revit – Basic.
