Position: Customer Service (Automotive)
Working Days and Hours: 6 Days Mon-Fri, 8:45am - 5:45pm, Sat 8:45am-4:00pm (1 hour lunch break and 30 minutes tea break)
Salary: Basic $2,500 (Based of Experience)

Requirements
- Relevant experience in motor car insurance companies
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their accident reporting
- Advise clients on the claims and repair procedure
- Follow up with workshop on status of repair and update clients
- Follow up with surveyors and insurance to ensure prompt payouts
- To assist with general queries from clients at reception counter
