Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize production schedules.
- Monitor production workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
- Lead, train, and develop production team members.
- Foster a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or it's equivalent
- At least 2 years related working experience
- Experience with in CNC Milling/Turning, Wirecut/EDM, Grinding is an added advantage
- Able to lead a team
