Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire production process, from raw material receipt to finished part shipment.
- Develop, revise, and implement work instructions and processes aligned with engineering drawings and standards.
- Design and develop Jigs and Fixtures to optimize CNC operations.
- Conduct associate training and pre-production trial projects.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or it's equivalent
- At least 2 years related working experience
- Experience with Master-CAM Programming is an added advantage
- Able to work in a team
