IT Change Manager (ITIL/ CAB/ Change & Release management/ Central/ Attractive Bonus)

Responsibility:
- Oversee the change management process, ensuring changes are properly planned, approved, and implemented.
- Ensure that changes and releases are delivered within the agreed timelines and budgets.
- Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review and approve changes.
- Assess risks and impacts of changes to minimize disruption to services.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure releases are tested and deployed smoothly.
- Maintain documentation on release plans and outcome
- Serve as the main point of contact for all change and release activities.
- Communicate with business and IT teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on change and release progress.
Requirement:
- Min 5 years of experience in IT Change Management or a similar role.
- Degree in computer science/ Computer Engineering or related certifications.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices for change and release management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL v3/v4 certification, ITIL Expert, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ITSM tools and technologies, such as ServiceNow.
