Japanese Yakitori Restaurant urgently looking for kichen chef (commis chef ) for stir fry, ramen cooking, grilling and wok dishes.
Job Scope :
- assist the chef in kitchen operations (pref, cooking & presentation etc)
- ordering, receive stock and manage inventory
- ensure cleanliness and hygiene procedure are followed at all times
- work closely with head chef to ensure smooth running of kitchen operations.
- other ad hoc duties as assigned by head chef.
Team player with min 2 years relevant experience preferred.
Located at Outram Road
lunch and dinner meals provided
split shift
6 day work week. fixed off day
salary offered will be based on relevant experience
