Japanese Yakitori Restaurant at Outram Road looking for
Yakitori Chef
Min 2 year Japanese yakitori experience preferred.
Job Scope :
- assist the chef in kitchen operations (pref, cooking & presentation etc)
- ordering, receive stock and manage inventory
- ensure cleanliness and hygiene procedure are followed at all times
- work closely with head chef to ensure smooth running of kitchen operations.
- other ad hoc duties as assigned by head chef.
working day : 6 days. split shift
salary will be based on relevant experience
