To provide timely administrative support to the respective teams and departments, enhancing operational efficiency and facilitating smooth workflow.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Administration Support
Project Sales Team:Handle incoming sales calls and emails; manage leads administration.
Source new leads from tender portals.
Create, compile, and submit tender documents.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
Services Sales Team:Prepare maintenance contract renewal notices.
Generate sales reports to track contract renewals.
- Marketing SupportProvide administrative support to the Marketing Team, focusing on sales-related activities.
Assist in developing marketing materials.
Support marketing projects and events.
- Other RolesAssist the Head of Operations and Managing Director with administrative tasks.
Act as a buddy to the Administration Executive.
Match supplier invoices with relevant documents and enter data into the system.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Specifications
- Education Qualification:Minimum Diploma in any discipline or A Levels.
- Experience:Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills:Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
Ability to work independently.
Available to start work immediately.
