Job Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the team
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Manage emails and phone calls
  • Prepare reports
  • File documentation, maintain and update company’s database
  • Provide support and ensure smooth daily running operation of the team
  • Schedule in-house or external events
  • Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N / 'O' level/ NITEC/ Diploma in related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector
  • Ability to organise, plan and implement
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, Independent, able to multi-task and follow-through with minimum supervision
