Key Responsibilities
- Project Success: Ensure projects or portfolios are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements, adhering to governance frameworks (including security and resiliency).
- Monitoring & Management: Manage project plans, milestones, and risk/change management to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.
- Scope Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes, ensuring alignment with the Authority's business goals.
- Work Planning: Develop comprehensive work plans and ensure team members are aligned with assigned tasks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular meetings, provide progress reports, and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
- Issue & Risk Management: Oversee processes related to issue resolution and risk management.
- Project Closure: Manage schedules and lead activities for successful project completion.
- Application Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and support services, including:Contract and Service Level Management (SLM)
Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget prioritization)
Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure)
Audit and Security Services

Qualifications
- Certifications: CITPM, PMP, COMIT, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects in the government sector or financial industry, with hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement and governance processes is a plus. Understanding of design thinking and workshop facilitation is also advantageous.
