The Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society (SIFAS) is Singapore’s pioneer academy in imparting the knowledge of Indian classical music, dance, and visual arts for 75 years. The academy offers a pan-Indian curriculum of 18 disciplines that reflects the cultural diversity of a vast country with an ancient heritage.
Disciplines - Carnatic Violin
- Bachelors / Masters Degree / Diploma / Post Diploma certificate from recognised University / Institute
- All India Radio / Door Darshan Grading preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching is desirable ( Qualified freshers can also apply )
- Ability to teach students with an 8-year curriculum
- Ability to handle students with different backgrounds and levels of learning stage
- Good classroom management capability
- Comfort with technology (using the internet/computers)
- Self- motivated and team player
- Good communication skills in English and multiple Indian languages skills is mandatory
