We're currently hiring for Admin Officer to join our team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of successful working experience (Medical Industry is a plus!) We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.
As a Sales Admin Support Officer, depending on your assigned department, some of your additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
In this role you will:
· Manage day-to-day sales operation.
· Effectively carry out daily sales processes: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing & etc.
· Professionally handling of inquiries and provide excellent support to customer.
· Maintaining good relationship with new/existing customers
· Provide administrative support to the sales team.
· Work closely and effectively with the various team to manage pre- and post-sales support services.
· Perform general administrative/co-ordination duties as needed by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.
· Computer skill such as MS Office.
· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
