Job Scope :
- Create M&E shop drawings from as-built drawings and submit on time.
- Ensure drawings meet project specs.
- Collaborate with project teams on drawing changes.
- Help with documentation and BIM processes.
- Support Project Manager with project tasks.
- Complete ad-hoc assignments as needed.
BIM Coordinator:
- To manage and coordinate production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents with minimal supervision
- Manage and deliver a fully coordinated federated model in agreed formats
- Assists BIM Manager in the implementation of BIM
- Other ad hoc duties
