Job Scope:
- Handle quotation, order fulfillment, track order management
- Oversee the complete order fulfillment process, coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and revenue commitments, and address customer inquiries and returns promptly.
- Manage incoming goods, prepare packages for delivery, and perform inventory counts.
- Maintain shipping records, prepare packing and shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments, and handle Letter of Credit negotiations and certificates of origin.
- Comply with and adhere to regulatory and company policies.
- Coordinate with customer in issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain relationship with customer
- Other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirement:
- Relevant experience in order fulfilment/ management
- Working knowledge in SAP system
