- Position : Accounts Assistant/Executive - Up to $4000 (Ubi)

- Working hours : Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of full sets
- Account Receivable (monitoring debtors list, deal with customer for receipts),
- Account Payable(monitoring payable list), keep all receipts payment records in order for entering into system.
- Bank reconciliation – tracking company transaction and ensure all payments are correct and on time,
- GST – input and output report
- Fixed assets schedule (prov. Of depreciation)
- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Nitec/Diploma in Accountancy
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
