- Receptionist dutes at front counter
- Handling enquiries (Calls, email, social media, sms)
- Register patients using clinic software
- Schedule appointments for patients & update system
- Assist doctor during consultation.
- Handle payment via cash and credit cards
- Check, replenish and order stock when needed
- Ensure cleanliness of clinic at all times.
- Able to work independently and with initiative.
- Other duties as instructed by doctor and management.
