- Oversee all direct sales channels and the bidding processes essential for their operation.
- Engage with assigned or agreed-upon customers or prospects to promote company products within a specific geographic area or market sector.
- Emphasize achieving personal sales goals, cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and addressing individual customer issues effectively.
- Design product and service solutions and their contractual terms tailored to meet the mid- to long-term requirements of customers, incorporating insights from pertinent internal experts.
- Deliver the proposed solution to customer representatives and engages in negotiations to reach agreement within specified commercial parameters.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 5 years of Sales experience in Marine industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in developing strategic sales plans.
