Job Scope
The primary responsibility is to drive business growth across the region, working closely with global teams in R&D, Operations, Sales, and Finance. The role will involve leading regional teams in Sales, Business Development, Technical Support, and Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Set sales targets and performance goals aligned with broader business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction by addressing challenges through cross-team collaboration.
Business Development:
- Lead growth initiatives in core industry sectors while identifying new opportunities in other verticals, such as Utilities, Infrastructure, and Buildings.
- Manage alliances with distributors, commercial partners, and agencies to expand market presence.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and support teams across multiple countries.
- Represent the company in public affairs, managing relations with government entities, ensuring compliance, and overseeing legislative matters.
