Hybrid Work arrangement
- Oversee multi-projects planning, implementation and update for customer deployment in a data centre industry
- Create bill of material, define project scope and budgeting based on customer requirement
- Manage sub-contractors and material supply vendors to ensure work orders and materials are duly performed
- Monitor and track vendor performance in accordance to SLAs
- Work closely with Property Manager and Data Centre Operations Manager in various sites on technical and project resolutions
- Coordinate and facilitate on customer change requests with sites cross functional team members
- Accountable for power and space capacity planning for each projects both local and regionally
- Update record of floor plans, connectivity, work orders on DC Infrastructure Management (DCIM) & documentation of SOW system
Requirement
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering
- 10 years of working experience in project implementation, industrial engineering (IE) and capacity management in the telecom, info-comm and data centre industry
- Sound knowledge of server racks, cages, electrical distribution system and wire / cable management
- PMP certification including other DC certifications would be a strong plus
- Able to read and interpret construction diagrams, electrical / mechanical drawings
- Proven to manage vendors and inventory management
- High proficiency in using MS Excel, Access, Visio
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems supporting a critical environment
- Support sites across Singapore (East and West of Singapore)
