Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare business related paper works and export related documents.
- Follow up sales agreement, service contracts and related paper works
- Prepare quotations, DO, WO and invoices
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and service providers for shipment and transport arrangement.
- Review regional subsidiary offices business reports and budget expenses.
- Attend to customer’s queries.
- Perform general administrative works
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- Ideally possess a degree, diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent/ Business in Administration.
- Independent, have an attention to details and a sense of initiative
- IT savvinnes and able to resolve issues independently
- Meticulous, have an ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under limited or without supervision
- Enthusiastic, possess a “can-do” and “want to do” attitude
- Excellentorganisational, communication and interpersonal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / 365, Microsoft Excel
