- Maintain good relationship with agent
- Day-to-day operations
- Tally daily SOA
- Conduct compliance checks on BIG transaction
- Followup / Aware of situation faced by frontline
- Communicate and solve customer issues with operations team
- Coordinates communication with branch staff
- Understanding of company policies and practices.
- Monitor daily exchange rate
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in related discipline
- Willing to work on weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good Team Player
