About Us:
Andes Consultants Pte Ltd is a leading consultancy firm specializing in building repair, maintenance, and renovation projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our repair consultancy projects and ensure successful delivery.


The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our building repair and consultancy projects. In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and completion of various repair and renovation projects, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will liaise with clients, manage on-site teams, and ensure that all regulatory and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end project management for building repair and maintenance projects, including planning, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
  • Lead project teams, including contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors, ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure projects meet company and client standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and solve on-site issues as they arise.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost control and quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and future business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+years of project management experience in building repair, renovation, or construction consultancy.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, materials, and repair processes.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
