Job Summary:
- 5 days’ work week (9.00am – 6.00pm)

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Analyze competitor activities and competitive landscapes.
- Develop market segmentation strategies to target specific customer segments.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product from competitors.
- Create product positioning documents, such as value propositions and positioning statements.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Drive demand for products through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, public relations, and events.
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns.
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Conduct customer research, such as surveys and interviews.
- Develop customer personas and customer journey maps.
- Provide sales teams with the tools, training, and support they need to effectively sell products.
- Develop sales collateral and presentations.
- Conduct sales training and coaching.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Track competitor pricing, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses.
- Manage and lead a team (4-5 people) to achieve team goals and business objectives.
Job Requirement:
- Prior experience in logistic/shipping marketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to lead and manage team to set them up for success.
