Job Summary
- 5.5 days’ work week
- Up to S$3,000
- Locations – West (Kian Teck Road)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in admin duties for department (including data entry, filing, printing, faxing).
- Input and process sales and purchase order.
- Assist to prepare billing documents.
- Conduct inventory check to ensure sufficient stock for delivery.
- Coordinate with clients and staff on orders status, delivery and after sales support.
- Provide general admin or ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirement:
- Prior Sales or admin support experience is advantageous
- Proficient in Ms Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
